This collaboration is crucial for enhancing the productivity of Cambodia’s labor force and transforming Cambodia into a prime destination for foreign investment.

For His Excellency, To achieve this ambitious goal, it is essential to equip the Technical Training Institute with modern technological tools. This task requires collaboration with the private sector partners who can provide advanced technology, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the Royal Government's policies.

At the same time, Mr. Chen JiQuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yalong Company, also supported the willingness of the Ministry's modernization. He emphasized that this initiative would enhance productivity in Cambodia, align with market demands, and attract foreign investment.

However, to achieve fruitful cooperation, both sides agreed to o conduct further in-depth studies and explorations to promote the strengthening of Cambodia's human resource capacity for higher productivity through modern technology.
