During the visit, His Excellency Minister directly inspected the site as a nursery in the factory area, which will cater to the children of factory workers from birth to three years old. The Minister instructed the Ministry's professional officers to continue to cooperate with the factory to ensure the smooth completion of the construction process.  This initiative aims to provide workers with a reliable nursery facility where they can take their children to receive health care and adequate nutrition from an early age. These children are Cambodia's next-generation human capital.

He emphasized that this demonstrates the Royal Government of Cambodia's commitment to the welfare of its citizens during its seventh mandate, led by Samdech Moha Bovathibodi Hun Manet. The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, acting as the primary executing officer, will oversee the implementation of this crucial initiative starting in 2024, aiming to benefit both current workers and future generations of human resources.

At the same time, His Excellency also inspected the production line in Marvel Garment Factory, which is equipped with modern semi-automatic equipment and offers a comfortable and high-standard workplace that complies with ISO standard.
